Amanda Stewart
Administration Manager
Subsequent to attending Armidale Teachers College Amanda Stewart worked in an administrative capacity for the Department of Education based in Tamworth.
Later Amanda worked in Health Care, Medical and Dental, carrying out practice administration, office management and customer/client service. Her career was broadened when she undertook a supervisory role for 3 years in the hospitality industry at a major resort hotel on the Central Coast of NSW.
In 2001 Amanda joined the administrative staff of Southern Cross Herbal School and has since then been responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the School. This has also involved participation in curriculum development and accreditation of courses. First contact with Southern Cross Herbal School is usually through Amanda.
In addition to her role as managing administrator of Southern Cross Herbal School Amanda is also actively involved in the conducting of associated Professor’s Denis Stewart’ s herbal medicine clinical practice in Gosford.
